We have the following amenities: Pool, Gym, Business Center, Multipurpose Room, Resident Clubhouse, and Secured Package Center.
Residents have access to a Private Parking Garage.
We are pet-friendly at The Point on 38th. We allow up to 2 pets in the home. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $150 for the second. The monthly pet rent is $40/month per pet. All pets must be approved by management; PRG reserves the right to approve or deny pet applications.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
We have a Package Locker Service.

When you first apply, there is a $50 application fee due for each applicant. At move-in, a one-time, nonrefundable amenity fee of $200 will be charged, along with a security deposit, which starts at $500 and may range up to one full month’s rent depending on the results of your credit and rental history check.

Additional Monthly Fees not included in rent are water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas, and parking.
Yes, we require renter's insurance.
Any guest staying longer than 2 weeks will be considered an unauthorized occupant.
